After 3 decades living in North America, I get to try your recipe. I accidentally came upon it while browsing news on Typhoon Pedring. It wasn't perfect because I can't find coconut cream, But it was delicious. Next time, I'll bake it with the coconut cream and banana leaves - if I can venture out and find these.
