My husband and I are looking for a mature, responsible filipino lady or couple who would be willing to live in one of our first floor apartments for free in exchange for running 3 apartments that are beside it. As well as looking after some of the gardening.
Available: June 1st. For the summer months, the apartments change every 3 weeks but coming october til april, it is long term occupancy & you don’t have to do much. Just be there in case there’s an emergency. And some small housekeeping once a week only.
